In an audio scene that can be said to be at a saturated state, first Japanese original works are released by an artist getting attention from all over the world today - Machinefabriek. Since his debut in 2004, including collaboration works, he has been keeping an astounding release pace at more than 80 works. Machinefabriek, keeping the greatest of his works' qualities, has been gaining artistic trust one after another. From experimental works to works with calm, ambient taste created with instruments, his styles branches out to various field. Nonetheless, his careful creation of texture in sounds are like those of a craftsman. Starting from a simple one tone, slowly swaying, and overlapping, the emotions change one after another. His music, with a simplicity at its max, expresses new emotions. The sound made by carefully weaving the sound collected, not from the direct sound of the instruments, but from the sound concentrated on the echo - is like a one piece of fine fabric.
